Spicy Nuts - Easy to Make

Delicious, but Not suitable for Diet!!
Unfortunately I found out that after I ate... "quite a few".  I am sure you know what I mean...  Any way, give them a try. Don't forget the beer!

Spicy Nuts

Ingredients
250gr raw almonds
250gr raw pecans or walnuts
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce

Preparation Method
1) In a big saucepan (30cm), sauté all ingredients besides nuts, for half a minute.
2) Add nuts and continue cooking for 5’ minutes, starring continuously.
3) Allow to cool completely before serving.

  3. I have been trying to lose weight too. This pregnancy weight is so stubborn but i still want to eat these nuts coz i like spicy snacks...lol

  7. What a great way to snack during a hike or next to a beer. Nuts are so filling and healthy and the spiciness makes them interesting and engaging!
