  1. If they're guilt free muffins...does that mean I can eat twice as many? They look really tasty! :-)

  4. I do not know if this is guilt free, what I know is that two days ago when I tasted your orange muffin, I had no guilt at all. When something is so hevenly made I do not see the sin anywhere!!!
    Keep crating!

  13. Breakfast pastries typically come in two varieties: bad and worse. These snack bars contradict that rule. They have a reasonable calorie and sugar content, and even offer 3 grams of fiber, which is essential for helping you feeling full for longer. Studies have shown that the more fiber you eat, the fewer calories you'll consume throughout the day. So if you're really hankering for something sweet on your way out the door in the morning, grabbing one of these breakfast bars would be a decent choice. In essence they're aren't any "guilt free pastries"
