During the Easter time we usually give chocolate as a gift to our loved once. This year I decided to make something different. I chose to give Easter Cookies. The recipe I chose was a basic Vanilla Cookie recipe, and the decoration was done with fondant
.
My kids helped me a bit with this project, and I have to admit that it took me almost 3 hours to finish decorating all 45 cookies. I think that next year the project it’s going to be cupcakes. For the moment I feel so tired I do not even think about making any more cookies this year J.
Below you can find photos of my creations. I hope you like them. Happy Easter!!

ReplyDeleteThese cookies are beautiful and the presentation is amazing. From all your other recipes I have read, you have great presentation skills. This is something I need to work on. I really enjoy reading your recipes. Have you had training in cake or other cooking methods? How did you learn to create such well presented creations?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your nice comments. I really appreciate your opinion because this is what makes me better and better. I had no formal training of any kind, I only have passion and love for what I do. I tried several recepies and methods, failing many times, before I reached this point. I still make mistakes but I never give up. As a school teacher told me once "practice makes perfect" and my first boss told me "failure is the mother of success". These two phrases are always with me in everything I do.
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! Lady bugs are my fave!
